Dr. Truong Quang Lam (Department of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities)
Dr. Truong Quang Lam discussed self-worth from a psychological perspective: "Values are what people consider important, necessary, and meaningful" to each individual. He emphasized that recognizing one's core values is not easy, as it is a process of acquiring and accumulating knowledge, observing, and listening to oneself. Furthermore, identity crisis is also one of the issues that young people often face during their maturation process.
Dr. Truong Quang Lam offered advice to young people who are feeling confused, doubtful, regretful, or disappointed during an identity crisis: "Stay calm, and gradually you will find your value. The question is what you want, what kind of person you want to become, what value you want to affirm, and what you want to contribute to this world." Dr. Truong Quang Lam concluded with a motto for young people: "Whether our youth is beautiful and vibrant depends on ourselves."
Dr. Tran Ha Thu (Department of Psychology, University of Social Sciences and Humanities)
Dr. Tran Ha Thu shared her insights on the role of emotions and how to manage them: emotions are instinctive, but managing them is a choice; therefore, we can completely master our emotions in life. Specifically, Dr. Tran Ha Thu illustrated ways to soothe oneself when experiencing negative emotions, for example, by adjusting posture, changing the environment, engaging in favorite activities, and confiding in someone trusted. These actions may be temporary but are very helpful when we want to resolve issues immediately, at the moment we feel anxious, fearful, sad, or angry. Emotions depend on objective circumstances and our subjective judgment; therefore, in the long run, positive thinking and an optimistic spirit will help us better manage our emotions.

Dr. Tran Ha Thu emphasized that managing emotions is not about denying or suppressing them, but about controlling them to better master oneself. Concluding her presentation, Dr. Tran Ha Thu shared a famous quote by the American poet Maya Angelou: "People will forget what you said, forget what you did, but they will never forget the feeling you gave them."
