Science and Technology Newsletter No. 3, 2021

The Science and Technology Newsletter introduces and promotes the activities, achievements in science and technology, knowledge transfer and innovation, and outstanding science and technology policies of Vietnam National University, Hanoi; it also serves as a forum for exchange among scientists, policymakers, experts, and science enthusiasts, thereby contributing to the creation of a scientific research culture and spreading the entrepreneurial spirit among scientists, lecturers, students, and trainees throughout Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

The Science and Technology Newsletter also serves as a channel for disseminating scientific knowledge to a large number of faculty and students at Vietnam National University, Hanoi; connecting and transferring knowledge between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and society.
