Davis, Dean of the School of Social Work, University of Pittsburgh; and Professor Donald M. Henderson, School of Social Work, University of Pittsburgh.

This four-volume publication, totaling 2208 pages, includes an alphabetical catalog of social work fields covering over 400 major social work topics; and over 300 biographies of prominent social workers throughout the history of social work.
