Report Summary

Accreditation of training programs is a new issue for higher education in Vietnam. This report attempts to clarify why it is necessary to conduct accreditation of training programs, providing information on the status of accreditation of training programs in some countries in the world and in Vietnam. To conduct accreditation of training programs in Vietnam, the first thing to do is to develop a set of accreditation standards. Through the experiences of other countries, the report discusses some issues that need attention regarding the content of accreditation standards for training programs.
