A talented leader...
Quang Vu is one of the Top 12 contestants participating in the final round of the "Humanities Leader 2021" competition organized by the Youth Union - Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU. After three rounds of competition with intense debates and impressive talent performances, Pham Quang Vu excelled over 11 other contestants to become the first Humanities leader.

When the program announced that Quang Vu had entered the Top 12 of the competition, the young man representing the youth of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language shared: “I was both happy and worried and felt pressured. There was a time when I even thought of dropping out of the competition, but with the care and support from my family, friends, and teachers, I was determined to continue…”.
Quang Vu is an excellent Youth Union - Association officer who has received many certificates of merit from the school level to the city and central levels. He is currently the class monitor of K63 Vietnamese Studies, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language, Member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Course X,... In addition to his activities at school, he is also Vice President of the Tan Yen Student Association in Hanoi, Head of the External Relations Department of the Proself Project - Gender Education and Sexual Abuse Prevention Project...
Not only does he do well in Youth Union activities, but the young man from Bac Giang also has good academic achievements when he continuously received scholarships in the budget for 3 consecutive school years and TOTO scholarship for the 2019-2020 school year along with scientific research awards at the Faculty level.
A warm, passionate guy
As someone who is passionate about volunteering, Vu shared: “I personally like to volunteer and the reason is very simple, it comes from the desire to share what I can do within my ability with people who are in more difficult circumstances than me… In addition, these activities help me see life more realistically, know where I am and what position I am in; know what I should and should not do.”

Quang Vu finds joy in helping people in difficult circumstances in life.
This young man always wants to spread his youth and enthusiasm in volunteer and community activities. The more he volunteers and helps others, the more comfortable and happy Vu feels because "when I can do what I like, I can do it with all my heart and love".
Cold journeys with warm hearts...
Quang Vu shared: “During a volunteer trip to help the elderly and children in difficult circumstances, I clearly remember two little girls who were fighting against the terrible disease of leukemia. Even though they have passed away now, every time I remember the saying “I will try my best to help more people in difficult circumstances”, my heart aches, tears well up in admiration for their bravery in the face of illness and their kindness.”
Quang Vu hopes that in the near future, you can continue to accompany many meaningful volunteer projects and programs; contribute more creative imprints to the Youth Union - Association movement; contribute to promoting the spirit and beautiful image of young people and Humanistic youth in training, studying and living usefully for the community.
