Accordingly, given the predicted complexity and prolonged duration of the pandemic, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) requests that its units immediately implement the following:
1. Heads of training units shall direct coordination with relevant organizations and units, including the Student Support Center, to promptly review and compile statistics on the number of students in their units (including both Vietnamese and international students) with particularly difficult circumstances who are currently remaining in Hanoi (renting accommodation outside and residing in dormitories) in order to visit, encourage, and provide timely and specific support (providing essential supplies, financial assistance, tuition fee reductions, etc.) to help students overcome the current difficult period.
2. The Director of the Student Support Center will closely coordinate with training units to jointly review and compile a list of resident students in each unit. Based on the Center's conditions and practical situation, they will continue to implement specific and practical solutions for disease prevention and control, creating all conditions and providing assistance to students residing in dormitories so that they can live and study with peace of mind, with the motto "no student should lack essential necessities."
