The program was designed and organized with many exciting and enriching experiential activities aimed at learning about Thai culture – a country with many unique traditional cultural values, known as the "Land of Smiles". Here, campers from various countries participated in many activities to exchange and share cultural knowledge, bringing the member communities closer together.

Sharing her thoughts on the program, Chu Thi Phuong Anh, a student from the Institute of Journalism and Communication Training, said: “Through the activities of the youth camp, I have discovered more about the culture and people of different countries in the ASEAN+3 bloc, which I thought were completely different but still have interesting interactions. I was most impressed with the ASEAN+3 Roundtable, where I listened to presentations rich in the national identity of each country, and from that I understood more that ASEAN+3 is a diverse cultural community that all strives for development in an integrated and sustainable environment.”

Bui Tran The Anh, a student from the Faculty of International Studies, shared: “This trip was truly meaningful and left me with many memories. Even though we only had 7 days to get acquainted and exchange ideas with friends from other countries, we built very close relationships. I believe that with the organization and participation in this ASEAN +3 youth camp, the relationship and friendship between countries will become even stronger; the exchange and interaction activities will create positive values for young people from many countries to build a common prosperity while preserving and promoting the unique cultural characteristics of each nation.”

As a second-year psychology student and the youngest member of the Vietnamese delegation this time, Mai Hong Giang excitedly shared: “Throughout the preparation and participation in the ASEAN+3 program, besides gaining knowledge about the cultures of other countries, I had the opportunity to learn more about and explore Vietnamese identity in the context of international exchange and integration; at the same time, I reflected on and identified that identity within myself – realizing that the way I make friends, the way I speak, the way I think, and even my small daily actions, all bear the imprint of my national culture. From that, I understand more, am more proud of, and love Vietnam even more. I really hope to have the opportunity to participate in international exchange programs again, and I also believe that similar activities will be truly memorable and beneficial experiences for all students. So if you have the chance, be brave and apply (a little secret: with enough effort, calmness, and confidence, you'll definitely succeed). We will win!!!
