University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

Amidst the strong recovery and transformation of the tourism industry towards professionalization and globalization, the demand for high-quality human resources, especially in the hospitality sector, is rapidly increasing in Vietnam and many other countries. The Faculty of Tourism Studies – University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (USSH) is one of the leading reputable units in tourism training and research, including Tourism and Travel Service Management and Hotel Management.

The winner of the "Student Tourism and Culture Ambassador 2024" Final Round, held on September 21, 2024, was Vi Thi Thuy Trang, a student from the Faculty of Tourism Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, along with her team performing Royal Court Music.

The Faculty of Tourism Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is proud to have student Le Minh Trang (K66 Hotel Management), the only female student representative from Northern Vietnam, participating in the 19th ASEAN Youth Culture Forum and the 9th ASEAN+3 Forum in Brunei, hosted by the University of Brunei Darussalam from June 23-28.

This was the topic discussed at the 2nd International Conference on the ICE Economy in 2024, held on June 8, 2024.

Representatives from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) and Rajabhat Udon Thani Royal University, Thailand (UDRU) agreed to comprehensive cooperation, focusing particularly on key areas such as tourism studies, international studies, Thai language, and Vietnamese language.

While in 12th grade, Nguyen Van Nam caused a sensation on social media with his cover video of the song "Let's Get Married." Currently, Nam is a final-year student at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. With his sweet voice and vibrant enthusiasm, even though he's not pursuing a professional singing career, he chooses to keep his passion for art alive in his own way.
