University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

Restructuring the higher education system in the spirit of Resolution 71 needs to be based on key factors to truly bring about a breakthrough for Vietnamese higher education.

A conference on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government, and the deployment of several key science and technology (S&T) plans, was held on September 22, 2025, by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, with the participation of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and leaders of the university's units.

This was the directive of the Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University, Hoang Minh Son, at a meeting with key leaders of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on the afternoon of September 16, 2025.

This morning, at the National Assembly, the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam held a national conference to disseminate and implement four important resolutions on international integration, energy security, education and training, and public health care. The event was attended by General Secretary To Lam, President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, along with other leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, and over 1.2 million Party members following the proceedings at various locations nationwide.

Education is key to national development, aiming towards international goals, and improving the quality and competitiveness of Vietnamese education.

The seminar, organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the Department of Higher Education (Ministry of Education and Training) on ​​August 28, 2025, received many contributions from managers and scientists from universities nationwide.
