University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU Hanoi

In the spirit of welcoming the Lunar New Year of the Snake, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is pleased to welcome the Education Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam for a visit and working session.

On February 29, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities hosted a delegation from Mahamakut Buddhist University, Isan Campus, led by Professor Phrakrusutheejariyawat Pagdenog (Vice Rector). Information regarding scholarships, academic support, and academic exchange opportunities was shared and agreed upon by both sides.

On January 31, 2024, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Faculty of Philosophy held a meeting and exchanged ideas on cooperation with the Institute of Marxist Studies of Tsinghua University (China).

On November 3, 2023, at the Nguy Nhu Kon Tum Auditorium of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH), in collaboration with the Vietnam-Japan University under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, organized an international scientific conference entitled “Vietnam-Japan Relations: Past - Present - Future”. This event was part of a series of practical activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of friendly relations between Vietnam and Japan.

This was the central point in the conclusions of Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and Head of the Central Propaganda Department, at the working session with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) on October 19, 2023.

On June 21, 2023, in Thanh Hoa City, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) held a conference to develop key tasks for the 2023-2024 academic year.

On the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2023), the Board of Directors, all staff, lecturers, and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU Hanoi, would like to extend their best wishes to all news agencies, press organizations, and all those working in the field of journalism and media.
