On the occasion of the 98th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2023), the Board of Directors, all staff, lecturers and students of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU would like to send our best wishes to news agencies, newspapers, and those working in the field of journalism and communications.
Over the past nearly a century, the Vietnamese revolutionary press has continuously grown, affirmed its important role and made great contributions in propagating the Party and State's guidelines, lines and policies; vividly reflecting all aspects of political, economic and social life; spreading good values, new factors, models, good practices and examples of good people and good deeds; promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam as friendly, peaceful and amicable to international friends.
The team of journalists is always loyal to the Party's goals and ideals, making worthy contributions to the struggle for national independence, national reunification, and building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
With a tradition of nearly 80 years of establishment and development, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU is proud to be one of the leading training and research units in the field of social sciences and humanities in Vietnam. The Institute of Journalism and Communication under the University has gradually affirmed its position as one of the two leading units in the country in training and researching journalism and communication.
During that development process, the University has been honored to receive the cooperation and support of many press agencies. The harmonious combination of internal strength and the timely, regular and effective communication of press agencies and journalists has helped the brand and image of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU become more and more prestigious and closer to the domestic and international community.
