Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) announces the implementation of a student/trainee exchange program at Science Po University, Republic of France as follows:
- PurposeBy participating in an exchange program at Science Po University, France, students have the opportunity to study in international programs at Science Po, in fields related to social sciences and with unique teaching methods, and to experience cultural exchange and immerse themselves in the vibrant student life in France.
- Exchange time: 1 term or 1 year
- Language learningEnglish, French, or both.
- University of Science campuses:
- With the university exchange program: the university districts of Dijon, Le Havre, Menton, Nancy, Paris, Poitiers, and Reims.
- With the postgraduate exchange program: Paris campus
- Selection criteria:
- Nominated by the Training Unit.
- Applicants must be undergraduate students in their second year to the first semester of their fourth year, enrolled in a full-time program, or master's students who have completed at least one semester.
- Applicants must have the required level of English or French for the exchange program as stipulated by the partner institution at each campus.
- Application requirements:Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) plans to send 5 undergraduate students and 5 postgraduate students for exchange programs.
- Registration form:According to the documentation requirements of VNU and its partners, the documents include:
- 01. Student's resume in English or French.
- 01 Letter outlining study plans at Science Po.
- 4 passport-sized photos (3*4 cm)
- 01. Academic transcript: achieving a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (for undergraduate students) or 2.8/4.0 or higher (for postgraduate students).
- English or French language proficiency certificate: B2 or C1 level in English or A2 or B2 level in French or higher, depending on the regulations of the partner institution for each school district participating in the exchange at Science PO (see attached document or website).http://www.sciencespo.fr/international/en/content/.
- Application deadline:12/10/2017
- Tuition:Tuition fees are waived for students. However, students are responsible for their own expenses such as airfare, insurance, living costs, and study materials.

The school announces that departments should inform and advise students/learners and select students/learners who meet the program requirements. Departments should collect documents and compile a list to send to the Training Department before October 12, 2017 (contact: Pham Thi Quynh Huong, room 609B, building E) and send scanned copies of documents via email.pqhuong@gmail.comThe Training Department will then submit the report to the Vietnam National University, Hanoi for review.
