Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) received a notice from Sciences Po University, France about the student exchange program in semester II, academic year 2018-2019.
VNU informs units about this program as follows:
1. Participants:is a student or graduate student of VNU.
2. Time to attend:1 semester or 1 year (from semester II of the 2018-2019 school year).
3. Target:05 students/trainees.
4. Conditions to participate in the program:
- Be a 3rd year university student and 1st semester of 4th year or a graduate student who has completed at least 1 semester of VNU.
- Have a minimum semester GPA of 2.8/4.0.
- English or French proficiency meets the requirements of each campus: Minimum English language certificate IELTS 6.0, French B2 or equivalent (language requirements depend on the requirements of each campus and the study program chosen by the student).
- Sciences Po campuses:
+ Student exchange program: Dijon, Le Havre, Menton, Nancy, Paris, Poitiers, Reims campuses.
+ Graduate student exchange program: Paris campus.

5. Registration documents:
- Students complete the registration form of VNU (Attached documents).
- Transcript certified by the training institution.
- Personal CV (in English or French).
- Health certificate certified by hospital.
- Foreign language certificate.
- Passport photo.
- After being selected by VNU and allowed to register online, exchange students must complete their application according to the partner's requirements and write an essay on the reasons for choosing Sciences Po University as the place to register for exchange study.
- Students need to save the PDF file to complete the online application when requested by Sciences Po University.
6. Program participation costs:
- Students/trainees are exempted from tuition fees, other expenses are paid by students.
- Students need to choose the right program for themselves due to the difference in costs at the campuses.
