Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-Hanoi) has received notification from Sciences Po University, Republic of France, regarding a student exchange program for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year.
Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) hereby informs its units about this program as follows:
1. Target audience:are undergraduate or graduate students of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
2. Time of attendance:One semester or one year (starting from the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year).
3. Targets:05 students/trainees.
4. Program participation requirements:
- Applicants must be third-year or first-semester fourth-year undergraduate students or postgraduate students who have completed at least one semester at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8/4.0 across all semesters.
- English or French language proficiency meeting the requirements of each campus: A minimum of an IELTS 6.0 English certificate or a B2 or equivalent French language certificate is required (language requirements vary depending on the campus and the program chosen by the student).
- Sciences Po campuses:
+ Student exchange program: Campuses in Dijon, Le Havre, Menton, Nancy, Paris, Poitiers, Reims.
+ Postgraduate student exchange program: Paris campus.

5. Application documents:
- Students complete the registration form of VNU (attached document.
- Transcript certified by the training institution.
- Personal CV (in English or French).
- A health certificate certified by a hospital.
- Foreign language certificate.
- Passport photo.
- After being selected by VNU and allowed to register online, exchange students must complete their application according to the partner's requirements and write an essay explaining their reasons for choosing Sciences Po as their exchange destination.
- Students need to save the PDF file to complete their online application when requested by Sciences Po University.
6. Program participation fee:
- Students/participants are exempt from tuition fees; other costs must be paid by the students themselves.
- Students/learners need to choose the right program for themselves due to differences in costs at different campuses.
7.
