Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3301/ĐHQGHN-CTHSSV dated October 5, 2018 of the Director of Hanoi National University on considering awarding the title "Outstanding Young Face of Hanoi National University"; In order to summarize the emulation movement of studying, working, scientific research, and moral training of students, graduate students, researchers, and young staff, the University requests the Heads of units to consider and propose to commend the title"Outstanding young face at grassroots level" in 2018according to the following specific contents:
1. Nameyesu Guhng myest trshepeppertoyesyesbase p:Awarded to students and staff under 35 years old who are working and studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, have good political and moral qualities, have a healthy lifestyle, actively contribute to social work, class work, Youth Union work, Student Association work, have high prestige and influence in the collective, are respected by the collective and meet one of the following requirements:
1.1. Young faces with excellent results in study, research and work:
- Students with an average GPA of 3.60 or higher in the 2017-2018 school year, no subjects with an F grade in the school year and excellent training scores.
- Students who are outstanding Class/Youth Union/Student Association cadres have an average GPA of 3.20 to 3.59 for the 2017-2018 school year, no subjects with an F grade in the school year, and excellent training scores.
- Students with difficult circumstances but with the spirit of overcoming difficulties have an average GPA of 3.20 to 3.59 for the 2017-2018 school year, no subjects with an F grade in the school year and excellent training scores.
- Graduate students who achieve a score of 3.60 or higher in their subjects and have at least 02 articles published in national scientific journals (with ISSN index) or at least 01 article published in international scientific journals according to the ISI/Scopus system or have 01 monograph/treatise/textbook (as sole author or co-author) published by reputable publishers at home and abroad (Only consider articles/works published between September 2017 and October 2018).
- PhD students who have a score of 3.70 or higher in specialized subjects and have at least 02 articles published in national scientific journals (with ISSN index) or at least 01 article published in international scientific journals according to the ISI/Scopus system or have 01 monograph/treatise/textbook (as sole author or co-author) published by reputable publishers at home and abroad (Only consider articles/works published between September 2017 and October 2018).
- Young cadres who have achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level or higher or have received Certificates of Merit and Merit at all levels for their outstanding achievements in the 2017-2018 school year.
1.2. Young faces are students who won official individual prizes in regional and international Olympic competitions in the 2017-2018 school year.
1.3. Young faces are cadres or students (not considering the collective's overall achievements) who won First or Second prize at the national or ministerial level, central sector, Hanoi National University, province, or centrally-run city level in scientific research, culture, arts, and sports in the 2017-2018 school year.
2. Time to submit selection request:The units conduct the selection and send the list (according to sample) about the Department of Politics and Student Affairsbefore 11/02/2018 (Friday).
3. Some lUhu mean
- Titles are not considered for:
+ Students, graduate students, and researchers graduating in the 2017-2018 school year.
+ Student of Course QH-2018-X.
- Nominated individuals must submit full evidence along with the unit's nomination summary.
- The school will not consider units that do not submit the correct list within the prescribed time limit. If after the above deadline, the unit does not submit the selection request to the school, it will be automatically considered as not participating.
After the results of the title "Outstanding Young Face at the grassroots level" in 2018, the grassroots Council will select and propose to honor the title "Outstanding Young Face at the Hanoi National University level" in 2018.
