Vietnam National University, Hanoi announces the recruitment of students for the second cohort of the VIBE training program.

Vietnam National University, Hanoi, in collaboration with the Innovation Academy, University of Dublin, Ireland, is organizing the program "Enhancing the capacity of lecturers and administrators of Vietnam National University, Hanoi using an innovative and entrepreneurial thinking approach (efficiency-oriented thinking) to promote and strengthen 21st-century skills and foster an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit in students".

The program is implemented within the framework of the Vietnam-Ireland Bilateral Education Cooperation Project (VIBE), funded by the Irish Embassy.

The training program is implemented to enhance the capacity, equip skills, and promote innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit among the teaching and administrative staff of Vietnam National University, Hanoi. These are crucial and indispensable skills in overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities for success in work and life. Specifically, the program targets teaching and administrative staff at Vietnam National University, Hanoi – individuals who have a significant influence and the ability to inspire students, foster and disseminate innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit in teaching and training activities at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

In April 2018, the first phase of the program was successfully completed with the participation of 30 staff members from various units within Hanoi National University. At the end of phase 1, 5 outstanding trainees were selected to participate in phase 2 and gain practical experience in Ireland for one week.
