Announcement of the schedule for the second round of postgraduate entrance exams in 2018.

The Postgraduate Admissions Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities respectfully announces the schedule for the second round of postgraduate entrance examinations in 2018, as follows:

1. Exam schedule and locations:

Exam schedule

- 6:45 AM on September 15, 2018 (Saturday):Basic subject exam

- 1:30 PM on September 15, 2018 (Saturday):Basic subjects exam

- 7:00 AM on September 16, 2018 (Sunday):Foreign Language exam

Exam locations:

1.1 Exam locations at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities include many majors (rooms 01 - 15)

- Lecture Hall Area G, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

1.2 Exam location at Cuu Long University, Applied Journalism major (rooms 16-17)

- Lecture Hall Area, Building E, Cuu Long University, National Highway 1A, Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province.

1.3 Exam location at Binh Duong University's branch campus in Ca Mau, Applied Journalism major (rooms 18-19)

- Lecture Hall Area A, Binh Duong University Branch in Ca Mau, No. 3, Street No. 6, Northeast Project Area, Ward 5, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province.

1.4 Examination points at Vietnam Maritime University include candidates taking the Master's program in Applied Law from Hai Phong and Hai Duong cities.(rooms 20-22):

2. Look up your registration number, exam room, and exam location:

- Candidates log into their exam registration account on the admissions portal, then go to the sectionPrint exam admission cardsTo view your registration number, exam room, and exam location information.

- Please check your exam information in the file attached to this email. Download and open the file using Foxit Reader or similar browsers, and enter your name in the Find tab or the browser's search icon to find your exam information and exam location. Find your exam room for the BASIC and FUNDAMENTAL subjects in the exam room list file for the group session, and your exam room for the FOREIGN LANGUAGE subject in the foreign language exam room list file.

3. Requirements for candidates:

- When attending the exam, candidates must bring identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID card or Driver's license or other legal documents...) to present to the invigilator before entering the examination room.

- Please bring two passport-sized photos (4 x 6 cm), with your full name, date of birth, and place of birth clearly written on the back, to submit to the invigilator.

- Do not bring prohibited items and materials to the examination as per the admission regulations (documents, mobile phones, audio and video recording devices, etc.).

- Candidates taking the Foreign Language exam and candidates from the Faculty of Law, VNU Hanoi taking the Aptitude Assessment exam should bring pencils to complete the multiple-choice answer sheet.

ButBe present in the examination room 30 minutes before the exam starts.to ensure that all procedures are followed when attending the exam as required.
