Announcement of the 2nd round of postgraduate entrance exams in 2018

The Graduate Admissions Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities respectfully announces the schedule for the 2nd round of graduate admission exams in 2018, specifically as follows:

1. Exam schedule and location:

Exam schedule

- 6:45 a.m. September 15, 2018 (Saturday):Basic exam

- 13:30 September 15, 2018 (Saturday):Basic exam

- 7:00 a.m. September 16, 2018 (Sunday):foreign language exam

1.1 Exam scores at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities include many majors (from rooms 01 - 15)

- Lecture Hall G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

1.2 Exam scores at Cuu Long University, major in Applied Journalism (rooms 16 - 17)

- Lecture Hall Building E, Cuu Long University, National Highway 1A, Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province.

1.3 Exam score at Binh Duong University Branch in Ca Mau, major in Applied Journalism (room 18 - 19)

1.4 Maritime University exam scores include candidates taking the Master's degree exam in applied Law from Hai Phong City and Hai Duong(from room 20-22):

2. Look up information about registration number, exam room, exam location:

- Candidates log in to their exam registration account on the admission portal, go toPrint exam cardsto see information about your registration number, exam room, and exam location.

- Look up your exam information in the file attached to this letter. Candidates download and open the file, use Foxit Reader or other similar browsers and enter their name in the Find tab or the browser's search icon to look up their exam information and exam location. Candidates look up the exam rooms for the BASIC and FUNDAMENTALS subjects in the exam room list file for the concentrated session and the exam room list for the FOREIGN LANGUAGE subject in the foreign language exam room list file.

3. Requirements for candidates:

- When coming to the exam, you must bring identification (ID card/Citizen ID card or Driver's license or other legal documents...) to present to the exam invigilator before entering the exam room.

- Bring 02 4 x 6 cm portrait photos, with full name, date of birth and place of birth clearly written on the back of the photos to submit to the exam invigilator.

- Do not bring prohibited items and documents to the exam according to the admission regulations (documents, mobile phones, means of transmitting and receiving audio and video recordings, etc.)

- Candidates taking the Foreign Language exam and candidates of the Faculty of Law, VNU taking the Competency Assessment exam must bring a pencil to do the test on the multiple-choice answer sheet.

-Be present in the exam room 30 minutes before the exam timeto ensure the procedures when coming to take the exam according to regulations
