Announcement of the 2nd round of postgraduate entrance exams in 2018

The Graduate Admissions Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities respectfully announces the schedule for the second round of graduate admissions exams in 2018, specifically as follows:

1. Exam schedule and location:

Exam schedule

- 6:45 a.m. September 15, 2018 (Saturday):Basic exam

- 13:30 September 15, 2018 (Saturday):Basic exam

- 7:00 a.m. September 16, 2018 (Sunday):Foreign language exam

Exam points:

1.1 Exam scores at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities include many majors (from rooms 01 - 15)

- Lecture Hall G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

1.2 Exam score at Cuu Long University, major in Applied Journalism (room 16 - 17)

- Lecture Hall Building E, Cuu Long University, National Highway 1A, Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province.

1.3 Exam location at Binh Duong University Branch in Ca Mau, major in Applied Journalism (room 18 - 19)

- Lecture Hall A, Binh Duong University Branch in Ca Mau, No. 3, Street No. 6, Northeast Project Area, Ward 5, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau.

1.4 Maritime University exam scores include candidates for the Master's degree in applied law from Hai Phong and Hai Duong cities.(from room 20-22):

2. Look up information about registration number, exam room, exam location:

- Candidates log in to their exam registration account on the admission portal, go toPrint exam cardto see information about your registration number, exam room, and exam location.

- Look up your exam information in the file attached to this email. Candidates download the file and open it, use Foxit Reader or other similar browsers and enter their name in the Find tab or the browser's search icon to look up their exam information and exam location. Candidates look up the exam rooms for the BASIC and BASIC subjects in the file listing exam rooms for the concentrated session and the list of exam rooms for the FOREIGN LANGUAGE subject in the file listing exam rooms for the foreign language subject.

3. Requirements for candidates:

- When coming to the exam, you must bring your identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID card or Driver's license or other legal documents...) to present to the exam invigilator before entering the exam room.

- Bring 02 4 x 6 cm portrait photos, with full name, date of birth, and place of birth clearly written on the back of the photo to submit to the Examination Officer.

- Do not bring prohibited items and documents to the exam according to the admission regulations (documents, mobile phones, means of transmitting and receiving audio and video recordings, etc.)

- Candidates taking the Foreign Language exam and candidates of the Faculty of Law, VNU taking the Competency Assessment exam must bring a pencil to do the test on the multiple-choice answer sheet.

-Be present in the exam room 30 minutes before the exam timeto ensure the procedures when coming to take the exam according to regulations
