1.Purpose
- Calling for the development of humane, creative, and effective communication initiatives to convey positive messages ensuring sexual rights for women and girls.
2.Participants
- Must be a Vietnamese citizen, aged 15-55, currently studying, working, and residing in Vietnam (Employees of the organizing units, members of the Organizing Committee, and members of the Judging Panel are not allowed to participate in the competition).
- Participants: Individuals, groups, and organizations.
3.Content, requirements, and application documents for the competition.
3.1.Application form
- The application form must be submitted as a soft copy (*.doc) and printed on A4 paper, using Times New Roman font, 14pt font size.
3.2.Content of the communication initiative
- Initiatives that contribute to solving the problem: Ensuring sexual rights for women and girls. Aspects that can be mentioned include:Identifying the behavior, calling on the community to work together, urging the involvement and strict handling of the matter by all relevant parties,...
- Proposed initiatives must have creative, well-thought-out ideas and be feasible in practice.
3.3.Request
- Proposed initiatives must not violate legal regulations, be contrary to Vietnamese customs and traditions, and not be related to political or religious issues.
- Proposed initiatives and products must not have participated in any competitions or been published in any mass media outlets before.
- There is no limit to the number of proposals.
- We propose not using trademark images, as well as any content or images of a commercial advertising nature.
- Contest participants submitting proposals are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the copyright of their works and the information provided to the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for resolving disputes regarding copyright or any related rights arising from the submitted entries.
- Participating groups/organizations must include the name of the group/organization leader, who is responsible for the group/organization. The competition organizers are not responsible for any issues arising from the entries, including internal group copyright issues. If there is a dispute within the group regarding their work, the organizers will disqualify their participation without prior notice to the members or participating group.
- The Organizing Committee will not handle complaints regarding results and awards after the awards have been announced. If the winning individual/group cannot be contacted within 10 days of the announcement, the Organizing Committee will cancel the award and give it to the next entry (the one following the canceled award).
4.Jury
- The judging panel includes members who are experts on gender issues and artists.
5. Tevaluation criteria
- The judging panel will review all entries and select creative and feasible ideas to support the realization of communication strategies.

6.Time
- Launch the contest and receive entries from:September 11, 2017 – 11:00 PM November 15, 2017
- Organizations presenting ideas/proposals that advance to Round 2:November 22, 2017
- Awarding prizes for initiatives and providing technical support for improvement, including:November 23, 2017 - December 10, 2017
- Implement initiativesDecember 11, 2017 – December 31, 2017
7.Prize
7.1.Prize
- After the media idea proposals are selected, the judging panel will provide a budget from10,000,000 VND to 30,000,000 VNDTo enable individuals/groups/organizations to refine and implement their ideas.
8.Regarding product usage
- The author agrees to grant the competition organizers the copyright to the winning entry (including both the idea and the finished product) for use in communication activities for the benefit of the community.

10.The process for evaluating proposals and supporting the implementation of communication ideas.
- Phase 1: Receiving and reviewing valid ideas.
- Phase 2: The judging panel scores the entries.
- Phase 3: Presentation of ideas/proposals that advance to Round 2.
- Phase 4: Awarding prizes for initiatives and providing technical support to refine them.
- Phase 5: Implementing the initiative.

* In a similar competition held last year, a group of Journalism and PR students from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication won the competition and received a grant of 15 million VND to implement their communication idea, "Braided Hair Challenge," to express men's respect for women. This idea was highly appreciated by the judging panel and received support from the community.
