On November 23, 2016, the Ministry of Education and Training sent official letter No. 5766 announcing the Bao Son Award 2016 for outstanding research works in the following fields:
- Education and Training Reform
- Eradicating poverty
- Sustainable development
- Medicine and pharmacy, protecting and caring for public health.
(One outstanding project in each field will receive a reward equivalent to USD 50,000)
The deadline for submitting applications is before March 1, 2017 (via the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, Ministry of Education and Training); the evaluation process will take place from March 15, 2017 to April 5, 2017, and the awards will be presented in May 2017.
