Pursuant to Instruction No. 3974/HD-DHQGHN dated December 12, 2016 of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on considering and awarding the titles of People's Teacher and Excellent Teacher (NGND-NGUT), Official Dispatch No. 3332/BGDĐT-TĐKT dated July 7, 2016 of the Ministry of Education and Training, Decree No. 27/2015/ND-CP dated March 10, 2015 of the Government regulating the consideration and awarding of the titles of People's Teacher and NGUT (Decree 27/2015/ND-CP), the University announces the plan and guides the units to carry out the consideration and awarding of the titles of People's Teacher and NGUT for the 14th time in 2017 as follows:
