Plan and guidelines for the 14th awarding of the titles of People's Teacher and Excellent Teacher in 2017.

Based on Guidance Document No. 3974/HD-ĐHQGHN dated December 12, 2016, of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, regarding the awarding of the titles of People's Teacher and Excellent Teacher (NGND-NGUT), Official Letter No. 3332/BGDĐT-TĐKT dated July 7, 2016, of the Ministry of Education and Training, and Government Decree No. 27/2015/NĐ-CP dated March 10, 2015, regulating the awarding of the titles of People's Teacher and Excellent Teacher (Decree 27/2015/NĐ-CP), the University announces the plan and guidance for units to implement the 14th awarding of the titles of People's Teacher and Excellent Teacher in 2017 as follows:
