Plan and instructions for the 14th People's Teacher - Meritorious Teacher awarding ceremony in 2017

Pursuant to Instruction No. 3974/HD-DHQGHN dated December 12, 2016 of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on considering and awarding the titles of People's Teacher and Excellent Teacher (NGND-NGUT), Official Dispatch No. 3332/BGDĐT-TĐKT dated July 7, 2016 of the Ministry of Education and Training, Decree No. 27/2015/ND-CP dated March 10, 2015 of the Government regulating the consideration and awarding of the titles of NGND, NGUT (Decree 27/2015/ND-CP), the University announces the plan and guides the units to carry out the consideration and awarding of the titles of NGND-NGUT for the 14th time in 2017 as follows:
