Instructions on procedures for receiving tuition support for ethnic minority students from poor and near-poor households

Pursuant to Decision No. 66/2013/QD-TTg dated November 11, 2013 of the Prime Minister on Regulations on policies to support study costs for ethnic minority students studying at higher education institutions.

Pursuant to Joint Circular No. 35/2014/TTLT-BGDĐT-BTC dated October 15, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Finance on guidelines for implementing Decision No. 66/2013/QD-TTg dated November 11, 2013 of the Prime Minister.

The school notifies students who are ethnic minorities, poor and near-poor households according to State regulations, and are admitted to the school through an entrance exam, to complete the application procedures according to the instructions to receive financial support according to this decision.

We request that the Board of Directors of the Faculties deploy this notice to each class and guide full-time students about the related procedures.
