Instructions on procedures for receiving financial assistance for tuition fees for ethnic minority students from poor and near-poor households.

Based on Decision No. 66/2013/QD-TTg dated November 11, 2013, of the Prime Minister on regulations on policies to support tuition fees for ethnic minority students studying at higher education institutions.

In accordance with Joint Circular No. 35/2014/TTLT-BGDĐT-BTC dated October 15, 2014, of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Finance, guiding the implementation of Decision 66/2013/QĐ-TTg dated November 11, 2013, of the Prime Minister.

The school announces to students from ethnic minority groups, poor and near-poor households as defined by the State, who have been admitted to the school through the entrance examination, that they should complete the application procedures as instructed to receive financial support according to this decision.

We request that the Deans of the Faculties disseminate this announcement to each class and guide full-time students on the relevant procedures.
