On March 17, 2016, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 418/QD-TTg approving the plan to simplify administrative procedures and regulations related to doctoral admissions and training. The Information and Communication Technology Department would like to send the above document to the Board of Directors and leaders of the units for their information, reference, and dissemination to staff, employees, and students in their respective units.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
