On March 17, 2016, the Prime Minister signed and issued Decision No. 418/QD-TTg approving the simplification plan for administrative procedures and regulations related to doctoral recruitment and training. The Department of Information and Communications would like to send the above document to the Board of Directors and Leaders of units for information, reference and dissemination to staff, civil servants and students at their units.
This Decision comes into force from the date of signing.
