In order to have a basis for calculating the number of reduced teaching hours and the number of teaching hours that each lecturer needs to complete in the 2015-2016 school year, the School requests that units make a list of lecturers eligible for reduced hours according to the current Internal Expenditure Regulations.(as per sample).
Units are requested to send the list to the Personnel Organization Department and send the file to email address: nghint@ussh.edu.vn, no later than March 28, 2016.
