Guidelines for developing the city's science and technology plan.

In accordance with Document No. 269/BKHCN-KHTC dated January 31, 2019, from the Ministry of Science and Technology, guiding the development of the science and technology plan and budget for 2020 – the final year of the Science and Technology Development Strategy for the period 2011-2020, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 418/QĐ-TTg dated April 11, 2012, and the Hanoi City Science and Technology Development Strategy to 2020, approved by the Hanoi People's Committee in Decision No. 6252/QĐ-UBND dated December 28, 2012; the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology guides departments, agencies, organizations, districts, towns, schools, institutes, and businesses in the city to develop the city's science and technology plan for 2020.
