Guidelines for developing the City's science and technology plan

Pursuant to Document No. 269/BKHCN-KHTC dated January 31, 2019 of the Ministry of Science and Technology on guidance on developing plans and budget estimates for science and technology in 2020 - the final year of implementing the Science and Technology Development Strategy for the period 2011-2020 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 418/QD-TTg dated April 11, 2012 and the Science and Technology Development Strategy of Hanoi City to 2020 approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 6252/QD-UBND dated December 28, 2012; Hanoi Department of Science and Technology guides departments, branches, sectors, unions, districts, towns, schools, institutes, organizations and enterprises in the area to develop the City's science and technology plan for 2020.
