The deadline for candidates to register for the 2019 Professor and Associate Professor title recognition process is at the University's Personnel Department.

The deadline for schools to submit documents and the Decision on the establishment of the Faculty Council, the results of the election of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary of the Council, and the Council's review schedule to the Office of the National Faculty Council.

Training course on the assessment and recognition of Professor and Associate Professor titles in 2019 (organized by the State Council of Professors).

The deadline for candidates to submit applications for recognition of Professor and Associate Professor titles in 2019 is as follows:

- Applicants must submit one set of printed and photocopied documents on A4 paper, bound, with a table of contents and numbered pages, to the Human Resources Department of the School.

- The entire application is digitized into electronic documents in PDF format (referred to as electronic files) and registered online on the University's website and on the website of the State Council of Professors.

- Candidates submit the Application for Recognition of Title Qualifications (Form No. 1, Appendix attached to Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on standards and procedures for recognizing the attainment of the titles of Professor and Associate Professor; procedures for revoking recognition and dismissing Professors and Associate Professors) to the website of the National Council of Professors.
