The deadline for candidates to submit applications for recognition of meeting the standards for the title of Professor and Associate Professor in 2019 is as follows:

- Candidates submit 01 set of documents printed, photographed on A4 paper, bound, with table of contents and page numbers at the School's Personnel Organization Department.

- The entire profile is digitized into an electronic document in PDF format (called an electronic profile) and registered online on the School's website and on the website of the State Council of Professors.

- Candidates submit the Application for consideration of meeting the title standards (Form No. 1, Appendix attached to Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg, dated August 31, 2018 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on standards and procedures for consideration of recognition of meeting the standards for the titles of Professor and Associate Professor; procedures for consideration of cancellation of recognition of titles and dismissal of titles of Professor and Associate Professor) to the Electronic Information page of the National Council of Professors.
