  2. Party Committee meeting on improving the overall leadership capacity of the Party branch.
  3. Organizing the Staff and Faculty Conference for the 2012-2013 academic year.
  4. Implementing the recruitment examination for civil servants in 2012-2013; Issuing a plan for staff training; Implementing the development of a job description scheme for all staff members of the University.
  5. Continue organizing advanced English language training courses for officials involved in strategic tasks.
  6. Organize a conference to disseminate new legal regulations.
  7. Implementing the establishment of a fund to support officials and employees; summarizing the campaign to build the "For Our Beloved Truong Sa" fund.

  9.   3. Adjust the regulations defining the functions and responsibilities of departments/divisions.

Organizing periodic health check-ups for all staff and faculty members of the University; Participating in the activities of the Trade Union of Cluster 5 universities with the theme "Innovating university management"; Organizing "Back to the Roots" activities (revisiting old battlefields) on the occasion of the anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam on April 30th, International Labor Day on May 1st, and the Victory of Dien Bien Phu on May 7th.
