The graduation ceremony for bachelor's degree students in the bridging program, class QH-2010-X, majoring in Archival Studies and Office Management, took place on September 18, 2012.
The graduation ceremony for bachelor's degree students in the bridging program, class QH-2010-X, majoring in Archival Studies and Office Management, took place on September 18, 2012.The ceremony was attended by representatives from various departments and offices of the university: representatives from the Training Department, representatives from the Political and Student Affairs Department; faculty and staff from the Faculty of Archival Studies and Office Management; and all the new graduates of the QH-2010-X Bridging Program. The 2010 Bridging Program in Archival Studies and Office Management began its program in May 2010 with 57 students from various agencies and localities. The course was organized into four semesters, with students attending classes continuously on weekday evenings. After two years of study, the course has successfully concluded with 46 graduates, including 18 students achieving a "Good" grade (40%) and 28 students achieving a "Average-Good" grade (60%). The ceremony also acknowledged the efforts and dedication of the students in overcoming difficult circumstances to complete their studies. During their time at the university, the students also demonstrated a spirit of camaraderie and mutual support in their studies and in many collective activities of the Faculty. The Faculty leadership also expressed hope that the academic achievements and knowledge acquired during the course would serve as motivation and a good foundation for the students to fulfill their assigned tasks, contributing to the country's administrative reform, improving office management, and developing document and archive work in central and local government agencies.
