Monday - October 20, 2014 21:58
The school would like to announce the tuition fee collection plan for the 2014-2015 school year for students and postgraduates.

From October 14, 2014 to November 21, 2014, the School will announce the list of students and postgraduates along with tuition fees, personal account numbers, and student codes on the School's website. Students and postgraduates should check their personal information. If there are any errors, please directly notify the Planning and Finance Department for timely adjustment.

Download list:

From November 24, 2014 to December 12, 2014, students and postgraduates must deposit the tuition fees into their personal accounts according to the notice of the School (students and postgraduates can pay at the nearest transaction office of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam). The bank will automatically transfer the amount from the student's and postgraduates' personal accounts to the School's tuition account.

Students and postgraduates who do not have a personal account are requested to proactively go to the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (the nearest branch in Hanoi) to open an account and notify the School of the account number no later than November 21, 2014 and pay the tuition fee into their account within the deadline stated above.

Starting from the 2014-2015 school year, the School will not collect tuition fees directly from students and graduate students of the QH-2013-X course.

After the above deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will transfer the list of students and postgraduates who owe tuition fees to relevant units for handling according to the regulations on postgraduate training.

The Department of Planning and Finance respectfully requests that Heads of units inform their students and postgraduates to know and implement.
