From October 14th, 2014 to November 21st, 2014, the University will publish the list of students and postgraduate researchers, along with tuition fees, personal account numbers, and student ID numbers, on the University's website. Students and postgraduate researchers should check their personal information; if there are any errors, please notify the Planning and Finance Department directly for timely correction.

From November 24, 2014 to December 12, 2014, students and researchers must deposit the tuition fees as announced by the University into their personal accounts (students and researchers should deposit the money at the nearest branch of the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank). The bank will automatically transfer the amount from the student's personal account to the University's tuition fee account.
Students and researchers who do not yet have a personal account are requested to proactively go to the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (the nearest branch in Hanoi) to open an account and notify the School of the account number no later than November 21, 2014, and deposit the tuition fee into their account within the deadline stated above.
Starting from the 2014-2015 academic year, the school will no longer collect tuition fees directly from students and postgraduate researchers of the QH-2013-X cohort.
After the deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will forward the list of students and postgraduate researchers with outstanding tuition fees to the relevant units for processing according to the postgraduate training regulations.
The Planning and Finance Department respectfully requests that the heads of units inform the trainees and researchers in their respective units about this matter and ensure its implementation.
