Currently, the Center for Foreign Languages ​​and Training Cooperation at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is the only unit nationwide that organizes exams and issues specialized tourism language certificates for tour guides. The specialized tourism language certificate is one of the requirements for obtaining an international tour guide license. To equip individuals with specialized tourism English skills, the Center continuously enrolls students in specialized tourism English courses for interested individuals.

1. Why should you take a specialized English course for tourism?

By participating in this course, you will:

• Provides common vocabulary in the tourism industry.
• Knowledge about Vietnamese culture, history, and people in English.

2. Who should take this course?

• Students from the Faculties of Tourism Studies, Vietnamese Studies, History, Oriental Studies, Literature, etc., are interested in becoming tour guides.
• Those who wish to improve their knowledge of Vietnamese vocabulary, culture, history, and people in English...
• These individuals do not yet possess an International Tour Guide license.

Duration:20 sessions/course

* Curriculum:English for Tourism Professionals.

* Instructor:The instructor has extensive experience teaching English at CNDL.

* Tuition:1,500,000 VND/course

* Number of studentsMinimum 15 students per class.

* Class schedule3 sessions/week (Monday - Wednesday - Friday)

*Expected start date:10/11/2014

4. The tentative schedule for the Tourism Foreign Language Certificate exam is December 20, 2014 (registration deadline: December 10, 2014).
