Early semester work schedule for 2015 students

1. Admission

Time: All day (morning from 7:30 to 11:30; afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00).

Note:

For candidates who arrive at school 15 days or more late from the date of admission stated in the notice:

a) If there is no valid reason, it is considered as dropping out of school;

b) If the candidate is late due to illness or accident, with a certificate from a district hospital or higher, or due to a natural disaster with confirmation from a district People's Committee or higher, the schools will consider deciding to accept the candidate or reserve the admission results for the candidate to study next year.

2.English proficiency test for class placement in semester I, school year 2015 - 2016

– Time: August 22 and 23, 2015. Students will receive a specific schedule when completing admission procedures.

– Test method: Students do the test on the computer, test time is 60 minutes 

 3. "Citizenship and Student Activity Week"

– Time: All day (morning from 7:00 to 11:00; afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00).

– Location: Hall, 8th floor, building E.

– Time: All day (morning from 8:00 to 11:30; afternoon from 14:00 to 17:30).

– Location: General Clinic, Hanoi National University Hospital, 182 Luong The Vinh, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

6. Students focus on course classes

– Time: From 8am – 11am, August 28, 2015

– Content: Learn about the faculty's organization, elect a temporary class executive committee, learn about the training program of the industry, receive the first semester schedule for the 2015-2016 school year.

– Components: All students in the course

7.Consulting on admission to high-quality training programs

7.1 Ingredients:Students have enrolled in the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (regardless of major), have test scores that meet admission requirements and have a need to participate.

7.2 Introduction to high-quality training programs, teaching organization and career opportunities

– Time: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., August 28, 2015

7.3 Answers about test formats, admission methods and instructions on how to do the test

– Time: From 9am – 11am, September 4, 2015

– Location: Hall, 8th floor, building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities

 8.Learn aboutUniversity training regulations at Hanoi National University

– Time: From 18:00 from September 7 to September 11, 2015.

– Location: Hall, 8th floor, building E.

9. Students start studying their major according to the schedule from September 7, 2015.
