Initial course schedule for students of the 2015 cohort.

1. Enrollment

Time: All day (morning from 7:30 to 11:30; afternoon from 1:30 to 17:00).

Note:

For candidates who arrive at the school to enroll 15 days or more after the enrollment date stated in the admission notice:

a) If there is no valid reason, the student will be considered to have dropped out;

b) If a student arrives late due to illness, accident (with a certificate from a district-level or higher hospital), or natural disaster (with confirmation from the district-level or higher People's Committee), the schools will consider whether to admit the student or reserve the admission result for the following year.

2.English proficiency test for class placement in the first semester of the 2015-2016 school year.

– Date: August 22nd and 23rd, 2015. Students will receive the specific schedule when completing the enrollment procedures.

– Examination method: Students will take the test on a computer, with a time limit of 60 minutes. 

 3"Student Civic Activities Week"

– Time: All day (morning from 7:00 to 11:00; afternoon from 13:30 to 17:00).

– Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E.

 4Visit the Museum of Traditions.

 5Medical check-up

– Time: All day (morning from 8:00 to 11:30; afternoon from 14:00 to 17:30).

– Location: General Clinic, Vietnam National University Hospital, Hanoi, 182 Luong The Vinh Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.

6. Students are organized into course classes.

– Time: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, August 28, 2015

– Content: Learn about the department's organization, appoint a temporary class committee, learn about the training program of the major, receive the timetable for the first semester of the 2015-2016 academic year.

– Participants: All students in the course/class.

7.Admissions counseling for high-quality training programs.

7.1 Ingredients:Students have enrolled in the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (regardless of which major you are admitted to.), have a score on the aptitude test that meets the admission requirements and have a desire to participate.

7.2 Introduction to high-quality training programs, teaching organization, and career opportunities

– Time: From 2 PM to 4 PM, August 28, 2015

7.3 Answers regarding exam formats, selection criteria, and guidance on how to take the exam.

– Time: From 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, September 4, 2015

 8.Learn aboutRegulations on undergraduate training at Hanoi National University

– Time: From 6:00 PM on September 7th to September 11th, 2015.

– Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E.
