On August 26, 2015, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Letter No. 4348/BGDĐT-GDĐH regarding the training of undergraduate and master's degree-level human resources in localities in the Northwest, Central Highlands, and Southwest regions. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities would like to send the content of the above document to relevant units for reference and implementation.
