Official dispatch No. 4348/BGDĐT-GDĐH dated August 26, 2015 of the Ministry of Education and Training

On August 26, 2015, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Official Dispatch No. 4348/BGDĐT-GDĐH on training human resources at university and master levels in localities in the Northwest, Central Highlands, and Southwest regions.
