Candidates who have submitted their application and met the adjusted admission threshold will enroll.From Monday, August 24, 2015 (during business hours)At room 102, building G, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi). Candidates can enroll without waiting for their notification letter by registering to receive the notification letter at the University.See instructions in section 3).

Note: Candidates can view the list of those who met the admission criteria at 5:00 PM on August 23, 2015.

The admission documents include:

1. University entrance exam results notification for 2015: original and 3 photocopies.

2. Identity card: 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification.

3. High school diploma (or equivalent) or temporary graduation certificate (for candidates graduating in 2015): 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification.

4. High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy (or certified by the school where you graduated) and the original for verification.

5. Birth certificate: 01 certified copy of the original or 01 notarized photocopy.

6. Permanent residence registration: 01 notarized photocopy of the household registration book and the original for verification (for cases eligible for regional priority based on permanent residence registration).

8. Certificate of eligibility for social welfare policy benefits (if any).

9. Personal history and Party/Youth Union membership transfer documents (if any).

10. Temporary Absence Registration Form issued by the ward (or commune) police station, along with a photocopy of the National Identity Card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).

Provisional tuition fee: 827,300 VND

Fees for health records and medical examination: 180,000 VND

Dormitory fees (for students eligible for dormitory accommodation): 120,000 VND/month

Temporary residence registration fee (for students residing in dormitories): 50,000 VND

3.2 Candidates can register to receive their notification letter at the School by logging in to the address below.Before 11:00 AM, Monday, August 24, 2015

Upon arrival at the school for enrollment, the admissions officer will hand out the admission letter to the candidate. For candidates who registered to receive their admission letter at the school, the Admissions Committee will not send the letter by mail.

3.3 Candidates are required to have a high school diploma (or equivalent), high school transcript (or equivalent), birth certificate, and household registration book (if eligible for regional priority based on permanent residence) to be admitted. Any missing documents must be submitted within 15 days after the admission date.
