Note:On September 4th, 2015, the University's Admissions Council will send admission notices to candidates who have achieved the required scores for the second round of regular university admissions in 2015.Candidates who wish to receive their Admission Notice at the School can come in person.Please visit the Training Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Room 604, Building E, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) to receive and process early enrollment applications (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

2. Admission Information:

* Enrollment period:From September 7, 2015 (during business hours)

* Enrollment location:Training Department, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Room 604, Building E, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi)

* Upon enrollment, applicants must submit:

1. Admission notification for the second round of regular university entrance exams in 2015: original and 3 photocopies.
2. Identity card: 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification.
3. High school diploma (or equivalent) or temporary graduation certificate (for candidates graduating in 2015): 01 notarized photocopy and the original for verification.
4. High school transcript or equivalent: 01 notarized photocopy (or certified by the school where you graduated) and the original for verification.
5. Birth certificate: 01 certified copy of the original or 01 notarized photocopy.
6. Permanent residence registration: 01 notarized photocopy of the household registration book and the original for verification (for cases eligible for regional priority based on permanent residence registration).
7. The attached resume template (Download here), with a photograph affixed with a seal and certification from the local government or the head of the agency where the father (or mother) works.
8. Certificate of eligibility for social welfare benefits (if applicable).
9. Party membership record and transfer papers (if any).
10. The temporary residence registration form is issued by the ward (or commune) police station, along with a photocopy of the National Identity Card (for students who need to register for temporary residence).
11. For males of military service age: Military service registration certificate, Military service transfer certificate, and Information declaration form (according to the attached template orDownload here.
12. Two 3x4 photos and one 6x9 photo, taken no more than one year prior to enrollment.
