MAIN TOPICS OF THE SEMINAR
• History of Vietnam - Russia relations;
• Teaching Russian to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to Russians;
• Russian translation;
• Cooperation in culture, scientific research and training between Vietnam, Russia and Russian-speaking countries.

FORM OF PARTICIPATION
• Submit articles to the Conference proceedings/journal.
• Participate in reporting at the Workshop.
• Attend the Workshop.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SEMINAR
• Reporter: fill in registration information (according to form number 1), send summary (according to form number 2) and full report (according to form number 3).
• Author of the article: fill in registration information (according to form number 1) and report (according to form number 4).
• Attend the Workshop: fill out the registration form (form number 1).

TIMELINE
• Register to attend the Workshop: before September 30, 2020.
• Registration for papers: before October 8, 2020.
• Submit articles: before October 19, 2020.

The conference is a scientific forum contributing to strengthening the academic position of VNU in relation to Russian partners, as well as promoting cooperation between individual Vietnamese scientists and Russian partners in particular and between VNU and higher education and scientific research institutions of the Russian Federation in general. The conference also contributes to developing the academic network, promoting comprehensive cooperation in teaching, scientific research, exchange of scholars, students... between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.

The reports presented at the Conference and after review will be published in the International Conference Proceedings with ISSN index. The articles written in Russian or English (after review) will be selected for publication in the scientific journal of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU).
