The organizers do not charge any fees for participation or posting.

MAIN TOPIC OF THE WORKSHOP
• History of Vietnam-Russia relations;
• Teaching Russian to Vietnamese speakers and Vietnamese to Russian speakers;
• Russian translation;
• Cooperation in culture, scientific research, and training between Vietnam, the Russian Federation, and Russian-speaking countries.

FORMS OF PARTICIPATION
• Submit your paper to the conference proceedings/journal.
• Participate in presentations at the conference.
• Attend the workshop.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE WORKSHOP
• Presenters: Fill out the registration form (form number 1), submit the abstract (form number 2), and the full report (form number 3).
• Author of the article: fill in the registration information (form number 1) and the article (form number 4).
• To attend the Workshop: fill out the registration form (form number 1).

TIMELINE
• Registration for the Workshop: before September 30, 2020.
• Registration for presentations: before October 8, 2020.
• Submission deadline: October 19, 2020.

The conference serves as a scientific forum contributing to strengthening the academic standing of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) in its relationship with partners in the Russian Federation, as well as promoting cooperation between individual Vietnamese scientists and their Russian counterparts in particular, and between VNU and higher education and research institutions in the Russian Federation in general. The conference also contributes to developing academic networks and promoting comprehensive cooperation in teaching, scientific research, scholar and student exchanges between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.

Conference papers, after peer review, will be published in the International Conference Proceedings with an ISSN number. Papers written in Russian or English (after peer review) will be selected for submission to the scientific journal of the Far Eastern Federal University of Russia (FEFU).
