Enrollment for the course "Training on the content of Decree 30/2020 on document work"

In order to support agencies and enterprises in implementing Decree No. 30/2020/ND-CP dated March 5, 2020 of the Government, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi organizedTraining course on the content of Decree 30/2020/ND-CP on document workfor officers and employees working in agencies and enterprises. The training program helps trainees grasp the contents of the Decree and how to implement it in practice.

1. Course participants:         

• Head of Office/Administrative Department/Document - Archive Department of agencies, organizations, enterprises;
• Civil servants, full-time officials, concurrently in charge of document and archive work;
• Information technology engineer of agencies, organizations, enterprises;
• Personnel of enterprises transferring technology on documents and archives;
• Individuals interested in electronic document and archive work.

2. Teaching staff: Lecturer of the Department of Archival Science and Office Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. This is a team of lecturers with high professional qualifications and extensive experience in training agencies, organizations and businesses nationwide.

3. Organizational form: Centralized and/or online.
