To meet the societal demand for professional skills training in Office Administration and Archival and Records Management in Hanoi and other localities nationwide, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, announces the enrollment for a certificate training course in “Office Administration and Archival and Records Management Skills” held in Hanoi. The specific plan is as follows:
1. Eligibility Criteria:
This program is for officials and employees currently working in administrative, office, and document management/archiving fields at government agencies, business organizations, or individuals who wish to change careers to administrative, office, and document management/archiving fields.
Students from vocational schools, colleges, and universities (especially graduating students who need to work in corporate offices or government agencies) and organizations and individuals who need to improve their knowledge of administration, office work, and document management and archiving.
2. Time and location of study:
Course duration: Continuously for one month, or outside of regular hours and on Saturdays and Sundays each week.
Study location: University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
3. Application documents:
- Course Registration Form (according to template)
- Photocopies of national identity card and student ID card.
- A 4 x 6 cm portrait photograph (write your full name, date of birth, and place of birth on the back of the photo).
4. Application submission deadline:
Enrollment is ongoing every month; applications can be submitted during business hours, Monday to Friday.

6. Tuition fees:
- 2,500,000 VND (Two million five hundred thousand Vietnamese Dong) per student per course (including certificate issuance fee). Students are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses.
- 20% discount for full-time students of vocational schools, colleges, and universities nationwide.
