On September 12, 2013, the School issued Decision No. 2054/QD-XHNV-TV regulating tuition fees for all training systems and levels for the 2013-2014 school year.
Article 1:Regulations on postgraduate tuition fees of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the 2013-2014 academic year are as follows:
1. Tuition fees for semester 1, school year 2013-2014:
1.1. Tuition fees for postgraduate training (Standard system)
1.1.1. Master's training:
Tuition: 3,150,000 VND/student (3,600,000 VND/student for tourism and hotel industry).
1.1.2. Doctoral training:
Fee: 5,250,000 VND/student.
1.2. Tuition fees for postgraduate training in majors and specialties according to strategic tasks:
1.2.1. Master's training: Tuition: 4,350,000 VND/student
1.2.2. Doctoral training: Fee: 7,250,000 VND/PhD student
2. Tuition fees for semester 2, school year 2013-2014:
2.1. Tuition fees for postgraduate training (Standard system)
2.1.1. Master's training:
Tuition: 3,637,500 VND/student (4,237,500 VND/student for tourism and hotel industry).
2.1.2. Doctoral training:
Fee: 6,062,500 VND/student (6,000,000 VND/student for tourism and hotel industry).
2.2. Tuition fees for postgraduate training in majors and specialties according to strategic tasks:
2.2.1. Master's training: Tuition: 5,050,000 VND/student
2.2.2. Doctoral training: Fee: 8,375,000 VND/PhD student
3. Overdue university tuition fees:
Pursuant to regulation 1555/QD-VNU dated May 25, 2011. Master's students are only allowed to extend their studies for a maximum of 01 year, and PhD students are only allowed to extend their studies for a maximum of 02 years. During the extension period, students and PhD students must pay tuition fees equal to 100% of the current tuition fees according to the level and training field of the students and PhD students.
Article 2: The above tuition fees are applied and implemented in the 2013-2014 school year.
Article 3: Heads of relevant units and students, PhD students studying as in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this decision. All previous regulations contrary to this decision are annulled.
