Regulations on postgraduate tuition fees for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Article 1:The tuition fees for postgraduate programs at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the 2013-2014 academic year are as follows:

1. Tuition fees for the first semester of the 2013-2014 academic year:

1.1. Tuition fees for postgraduate training (Standard program)

1.1.1. Master's degree training:

Tuition fee: 3,150,000 VND/student (3,600,000 VND/student for tourism and hotel management majors).

1.1.2. Doctoral training:

Fee: 5,250,000 VND/candidate.

1.2. Tuition fees for postgraduate training in fields and specializations according to strategic objectives:

1.2.1. Master's degree training: Tuition fee: 4,350,000 VND/student

1.2.2. Doctoral training: Fee: 7,250,000 VND/candidate

2. Tuition fees for the second semester of the 2013-2014 academic year:

2.1. Tuition fees for postgraduate training (Standard program)

2.1.1. Master's degree training:

Tuition fee: 3,637,500 VND/student (4,237,500 VND/student for tourism and hotel management majors).

2.1.2. Doctoral training:

Salary: 6,062,500 VND/candidate (6,000,000 VND/candidate for tourism and hotel industry).

2.2. Tuition fees for postgraduate training in fields and specializations according to strategic objectives:

2.2.1. Master's degree training: Tuition fee: 5,050,000 VND/student

2.2.2. Doctoral training: Fee: 8,375,000 VND/candidate

3. Overdue postgraduate tuition fees:

In accordance with Decision No. 1555/QD-DHQGHN dated May 25, 2011, postgraduate students are only allowed to extend their studies for a maximum of one year, and doctoral students for a maximum of two years. During the extended period, postgraduate students and doctoral students must pay tuition fees equal to 100% of the current tuition fee for their level and field of study.

Article 2The above tuition fees are applicable and in effect for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Article 3Heads of relevant units and students/postgraduate candidates currently studying as per Article 1 are responsible for implementing this decision. All previous regulations contrary to this decision are hereby repealed.
