Any staff member who agrees to authorize the school to handle the personal income tax settlement for 2010 on their behalf will sign this authorization form, and the unit will compile and send it to the Planning and Finance Department before December 20, 2010.
If the official fails to submit this authorization letter to the school within the specified deadline, that official will be solely responsible for settling their 2010 personal income tax with the Hanoi Tax Department.
The school respectfully requests that heads of departments inform their staff to pay attention to the above matter.
