Any officer who agrees to authorize the school to perform the 2010 personal income tax settlement on his/her behalf will sign this authorization form and the unit will collect and send it to the Financial Planning Department before December 20, 2010.
If the officer fails to submit this authorization to the school within the above deadline, he/she shall be responsible for finalizing the 2010 personal income tax with the Hanoi Tax Department.
The school respectfully requests that heads of units notify their staff of the above matter.
