The workshop focused on discussing the successes and shortcomings in the Vietnam-Japan cooperative relationship over the past 40 years; new issues in cultural and educational cooperation as soft power to further enhance the effectiveness of the cooperative relationship between the two nations in the new international and regional context.
The workshop is divided into 3 sub-committees:

Subcommittee 2: Culture and cultural diplomacy between Vietnam and Japan
