In order to create a forum for exchange between young cadres and school leaders on issues related to scientific research, practically contributing to expanding connectivity and improving the quality of scientific research activities among young cadres, and at the same time promoting the role of the Youth Union in participating in building a research university, with the consent of the Party Committee, the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a thematic exchange session on "Scientific research of young cadres of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities".

+ Young staff discuss with school leaders about issues such as: concerns about regulations and policies on scientific research; difficulties that need support during the research process; propose solutions to improve scientific research activities among young staff...

+ Introduce some useful scientific information to young staff.

The School Youth Union Executive Committee requests the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Faculties/Departments to inform all young staff (under 40 years old) of their units about the program andconvene100% of the Youth Union members and cadres participated.
