In order to create a forum for exchange between young staff members and university leaders on issues related to scientific research, contributing practically to expanding connectivity and improving the quality of scientific research activities among young staff members, and at the same time promoting the role of the Youth Union in participating in building a research university, with the approval of the Party Committee, the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a thematic exchange session on "Scientific Research by Young Staff Members of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities".

Young staff members discussed with school leaders issues such as: concerns about regulations and policies regarding scientific research; difficulties requiring support during the research process; and proposed solutions to improve scientific research activities among young staff members…

The Executive Committee of the University's Youth Union requests that the Executive Committees of the Faculty/Department's Youth Unions inform all young staff members (under 40 years old) of their respective units about the program andconvene100% of the staff members of the Youth Union branch participated.
