A. Admission results and cut-off scoresBased on the results of the first round of master's and doctoral admissions in 2025, the Postgraduate Admissions Council met on June 13, 2025, to review admission criteria and finalize the cut-off scores and list of admitted master's and doctoral candidates for the first round of 2025, specifically:
ButMaster's degree: the minimum admission score is 55.0 points (60.0 points for Clinical Psychology).Selection criteria: a total score of 55.0 or higher on a 100-point scale, including both the application review and the interview, with the professional score in the interview achieving at least 50% (specifically, 30/60 points).
- Doctoral level: the minimum admission score is 60.0 points.Admission criteria: a total score of 60.0 or higher on a 100-point scale based on the professional profile evaluation, with the research proposal score reaching 62.5% or higher (specifically, at least 25/40 points).
- The results of the master's and doctoral admissions have been sent to each candidate's email address.
B. Enrollment and commencement plan:Candidates admitted to master's and doctoral programs in the first round of 2025 need to complete the enrollment procedures to be officially recognized as graduate students or research fellows of the university.

3. Documents required upon enrollment.
3.1. Diplomas and academic transcripts:- Bachelor's/Master's degree certificate for successful PhD candidates (1 certified copy).
- University degree certificate for successful Master's program candidates (1 certified copy).
Note: Candidates who have successfully completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree program abroad must have a confirmation document from the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training.
3.2. Certified copies of foreign language diplomas/certificatesValid and meets the entry requirements that the candidate declared when registering for the entrance exam.
3.3. Birth Certificate (One certified copy or certified copy or extract).
3.4. The latest Citizen Identity Card(01 Certified copy).
3.5. Resume/CVThe photo must be affixed with an official seal and certified by the local government or the head of the agency where the trainee works (according to the template here):

Note:
- The above documents should be placed in a paper file folder (similar to a job application folder) prepared by the student themselves (clearly stating: Full name, date of birth, and the major/field of study admitted).
- Students who are unable to enroll on the official enrollment day will be admitted on July 4th, 2025 (Friday) and July 7th and 8th, 2025 (Monday and Tuesday) at the Student Affairs and Training Quality Assurance Office, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Room 102, Building E).

- The postgraduate and doctoral student codes will be announced to successful candidates no later than June 20, 2025.

5. Procedures for enrollment
- Candidates will receive their admission notice in person upon enrollment.
- Candidates must pay tuition fees according to the details and methods announced above.
- Candidates should bring proof of tuition fee transfer and admission documents to Rooms 302 and 304, Building E to complete the admission procedures (candidates who have not yet transferred or paid tuition fees directly should go to Room 410, Building E to pay and receive a tuition fee receipt).
6. Opening Ceremony:
- After completing the enrollment procedures, candidates are invited to attend the Opening Ceremony for the first intake and receive information and guidance on the training regulations and schedule.
