2. Important notes for new PhD and Master's graduates attending the Graduation Ceremony:- Correct
8:30The newly graduated PhDs and Master's degree holders are present at the auditorium on the 8th floor of building E to receive their ceremonial attire and follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- Following the Doctoral and Master's degree awarding ceremony in the auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E:
New PhD graduates should bring their Citizen Identity Cards to the Training Department (Room 207, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
New Master's graduates should bring their Citizen Identity Card to the Training Department (Room 701, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
To ensure the successful organization of the Doctoral and Master's degree awarding ceremony, we kindly request that the leaders of each unit inform their newly graduated PhDs and Master's degree holders to adhere strictly to the plan.
