Notice on the organization of the 2025 doctoral and master's degree award ceremony

1. Time and place of organization
- Time:9:00 a.m., July 12, 2025 (Saturday)
- Location:Hall 8th floor, Building E,University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi
- Participants:
+ Representatives of the Leaders of training units and functional departments, Secretary of the Youth Union; President of the Student Association;
+ Graduate Training Assistant;
+ New PhDs and Masters.
2. Note to new PhDs and Masters attending the Graduation Ceremony:
- Correct8:30The new PhDs and Masters are present at the 8th floor Hall of Building E to receive their ceremonial gowns and perform the tasks according to the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
- After the Doctoral and Master's Degree Award Ceremony at the 8th floor Hall of Building E:
+ New PhDs bring their Citizen Identification Cards to the Training Department (Room 207, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
+ New Masters bring their Citizen Identification Card to the Training Department (Room 701, Building E) to sign for their diplomas and diploma supplements.
In order for the Doctoral and Master's Degree Awarding Ceremony to be successfully organized, we respectfully request that the leaders of the units notify the new Doctors and Masters of their units to carry out the ceremony according to plan.
