Notice of tuition collection plan for summer semester of school year 2024-2025

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the tuition collection plan for full-time undergraduate students in the summer semester of the 2024-2025 academic year as follows:

1. Collection level and collection form:

1.1. Majors from QH-2023-X and earlier:
Fee: 1,500,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method: Collection by registered credits: 410,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.2. Courses QH-2024-X:
1.2.1. Industries that have been quality tested and have technical and economic norms established:
- Majors: Psychology, Journalism, Public Relations, International, Hotel Management, Tourism and Hospitality Services Management.
Tuition: 3,000,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method: For students who repeat the course, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the collection is based on the number of credits registered: 825,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
- Majors: Information Management, Office Administration, Management Science, Oriental Studies, Literature.
Tuition: 2,500,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method: For students who repeat the course, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the collection is based on the number of credits registered: 685,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.2.2. Remaining QH-2024-X courses.
Fee: 1,500,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method: For students who repeat the course, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the collection is based on the number of credits registered: 410,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
1.3. High quality system according to Circular 23 (socialization):
Tuition: 3,500,000 VND/month/student.
Collection method: For students who repeat the course, improve their grades, take extra credits and take voluntary classes, the collection is based on the number of credits registered: 825,000 VND/credit/coefficient.
* The school will announce the list of students along with tuition fees and student codes on the school's website and student emails of each course.

2. Collection time

From 14/7/2025 to 15:00 on 25/7/2025.

3. Tuition collection process:

3.1. For students who already have BIDV and SHB accounts, tuition fees are collected automatically through the bank. Students pay the amount corresponding to the total tuition fees payable into the student's accounts opened at BIDV and SHB. The bank will automatically collect tuition fees within the collection period in Section 2.
(Note: The minimum balance to maintain an account is 100,000 VND. Due to possible costs including account maintenance fees, query fees, text messages, etc., the minimum balance on the student's account when collected by the bank is equal to TUITION FEE + 100,000 VND)
3.2. For students who do not have a personal account at BIDV bank and SHB bank, students pay through the School's account during the collection period in Section 2.
- Account number: 1003646101 Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi branch.
- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities
When submitting the application, students must fill in full remittance information according to the following format:
[Student code][Full name][Faculty][course] pay tuition
(Example: 22030001, Nguyen Van A, QH-2022 Newspaper, pay tuition).

4. Implementation organization:

We respectfully request that the head of the training unit and relevant functional departments notify and urge students to complete their tuition obligations within the prescribed time.
After the above deadline, the Planning and Finance Department will transfer the list of students with tuition debt to relevant Departments for handling according to the University Training Regulations.
