1. For faculty and students:
Time off according to the teaching and learning schedule of the Training Department.

2. For teachers and students of the Specialized High School for Social Sciences and Humanities:
Holidays are scheduled according to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
3. For administrative staff and civil servants:
We will have a 7-day holiday from Thursday, February 8th, 2024 to Wednesday, February 14th, 2024 (from the 29th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Rabbit to the 5th day of the 1st lunar month of the Year of the Dragon).
4. Plan for organizing the incense offering ceremony at the Temple of Literature:
- Time: 8:30 AM on February 17, 2024 (the 8th day of the first lunar month of the Year of the Dragon).
- Transportation: The staff shuttle bus will depart from the University at 8:00 AM on February 17, 2024. Units are requested to compile a list of staff attending the incense offering ceremony and send it to the Administration and General Affairs Office before 5:00 PM on February 15, 2024 (via email: hcth.xhnv@ussh.edu.vn).
We kindly request that heads of units inform their staff and employees about the Lunar New Year holiday schedule and the plan for organizing incense offerings in 2024, and arrange for cleaning and maintenance of workplaces, check electrical and water safety, and seal offices before the holiday.
The Administrative and General Affairs Department will deploy personnel for security, electricity and water supply, reinforcement, and command duty 24/7 during the Tet holiday.
