3. For administrative officers and civil servants:
07 consecutive days off from Thursday, February 8, 2024 to Wednesday, February 14, 2024 (from December 29, Quy Mao year to January 5, Giap Thin year).
4. Plan to organize incense offering at the Temple of Literature:
- Time: 08:30 February 17, 2024 (January 8, year of the Dragon).
- Means of transport: The shuttle bus for staff departs from the School at 8:00 a.m. on February 17, 2024. Units are requested to make a list of staff attending the Incense Offering Ceremony and send it to the Administration - General Department before 5:00 p.m. on February 15, 2024 (via email: hcth.xhnv@ussh.edu.vn).
