Announcement of changes to the time, venue, and extension of the deadline for submitting papers for the International Scientific Conference.

Dear scientists at home and abroad,
Due to a number of objective reasons, the Organizing Committee of the International Conference:“85 years since President Ho Chi Minh's return to Vietnam (January 28, 1941 - January 28, 2026): the event that marked the beginning of the great victories of the Vietnamese Revolution.”"We have decided to postpone the conference, specifically as follows:
1. Change of Workshop Date:
- Old calendar date: January 3, 2026
- New schedule: January 10, 2026
2. Venue for the Workshop:University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
3. Extension of the deadline for submitting papers:To allow authors more time to refine their papers to the highest quality, the Organizing Committee has decided to extend the deadline for submitting papers.until January 5, 2026.
Other information regarding the venue and program content remains unchanged from the previous announcement. The Organizing Committee sincerely hopes for your understanding and cooperation regarding this change, and we encourage you to continue submitting your papers to the Organizing Committee via the email address provided in the previous announcement.

Notes on the format and format of the article:
- The article must be written in Vietnamese, using Times New Roman font, size 13, A4 paper, and be between 4,000 and 8,000 words (including references).
- The article structure includes: 1. Title; 2. Abstract (150-200 words); 3. Keywords (5 words); 4. Introduction; 5. Results and discussion; 6. Conclusion; 7. References.
Below the heading on the right, clearly state the full name, title, academic degree, and workplace.
Citations and references follow the pattern Chicago 17th (Author – date)[1].
