On October 27, 2025, the Rector of the University issued Decision No. 7613/QD-XHNV on the Regulations for Entering and Exiting the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. In accordance with the above regulations and to ensure a space for teaching and learning for staff, employees, and students within the University campus, the University provides the following specific guidelines for vehicle entry and exit:
1. Only vehicles belonging to officials and employees of the School are allowed to enter and exit the School premises, and they must display the badge issued by the School. Entry, exit, stopping, and parking must comply with the Regulations and instructions of the Security Team staff of the Administrative and General Affairs Department.
2. For vehicles belonging to organizations and individuals visiting the School for official business, the head of the relevant unit is requested to register and notify the Administrative and General Affairs Department (via the Security Team) of the vehicle's license plate number for proper reception and guidance.The execution time starts from
