Based on the Law on Public Employees and other current regulations of the State and Hanoi National University on the recruitment, employment, and management of public employees;
Based on Official Letter No. 4864/ĐHQGHN-TCCB dated October 18, 2024, from the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, regarding the recruitment plan for staff of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities;
Based on Announcement No. 5778/TB-XHNV dated October 22, 2024, of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities regarding the recruitment of staff (Announcement No. 5578/TB-XHNV);
Based on the results of Round 1 (Application form verification) and Round 2 (Examination and assessment of candidates applying for civil servant positions according to Announcement No. 5578/TB-XHNV);
The Recruitment Council of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, announces the following:
1. Results of Round 2 of the recruitment examination and list of successful candidates for the civil servant recruitment according to Announcement No. 5578/TB-XHNV (details in the attached list).
2. Within 30 days of receiving the notification of successful application, successful candidates must go to the Human Resources Department (Room 605, Building E) of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to complete their application dossier, including:
a) Certified copies of diplomas and certificates required for the job position being applied for, and certificates of priority status (if any).
In cases where one of the diplomas or certificates specified in Clause 3, Article 9 of Government Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023 is available, it may be used as a substitute for a foreign language certificate.
b) Criminal record certificate No. 1 issued by the competent authority.
