To implement the awarding of prizes for student scientific research projects in 2022, based on Decision No. 2970/QD-DHQGHN dated August 17, 2015, on the Regulations on organizing the awarding of prizes for student scientific research projects, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) organizes the Awarding Councils with the following specific information:

- Location:2nd floor, VNU Guest House in Hoa Lac
- Presentation format: Each student/group of students will present live for a maximum of 5 minutes before the panel.
Based on the above meeting schedule, VNU requests that units organize transportation to and from the meeting for students whose projects will be presented at Hoa Lac. Students/student groups should prepare their presentations in PowerPoint format. Units should compile the presentations and send them to VNU (via the Science and Technology Committee) before July 11, 2022, at the email address: khcn@vnu.edu.vn.
