Announcement regarding the organization of the first master's and doctoral degree awarding ceremony of 2022.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, will hold the first master's and doctoral degree awarding ceremony of 2022, as follows:

 Time:Saturday, July 9, 2022

Morning: 8:30 AM (for postgraduate students)

Afternoon: 2:00 PM (for postgraduate students)

Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi

Note: We request that all postgraduate and doctoral students:

- Please arrive on time (Students and researchers who arrive late will not have enough time to complete the procedures for signing the diploma, changing into ceremonial attire, and receiving the diploma on stage).

- Please sit in the assigned seat in the hall as directed by the Organizing Committee.

- When collecting your diploma, please bring a photo ID. If you are unable to come in person, the person collecting it on your behalf must bring a notarized power of attorney along with notarized copies of the citizen identification cards of both the authorizing person and the authorized person.

***For graduate students who have already received their master's degree and wish to attend the graduation ceremony, please register with the faculty/department assistant or register via email:daotaosdh@ussh.edu.vnPlease arrive before July 3rd, 2022 to secure your seat. When attending the graduation ceremony, please bring your received diploma to ensure proper procedure.
