Notice on the organization of the first master's and doctoral degree awarding ceremony in 2022

Morning: 08:30 (for graduate students)

Afternoon: 14:00 (for graduate students)

Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

Note: We recommend that graduate students and postgraduate students:

- Be on time (Late students will not have time to sign for their diploma, change into formal attire and receive their diploma on stage).

- Sit in the correct position in the Hall assigned by the Organizing Committee.

- When receiving the diploma, you must bring an identification document with a photo attached. In case you cannot come to receive the diploma, the person receiving the diploma on your behalf must bring a notarized authorization document with a notarized copy of the ID card of the authorizing person and the authorized person.

***In case a graduate student has received a master's degree and wants to attend the graduation ceremony, please register with the faculty/department assistant or register via email:daotaosdh@ussh.edu.vnbefore July 3, 2022 to be seated. When attending the Award Ceremony, bring the received diploma to be awarded according to the correct procedure.
