Hanoi National University has just announced the proposal for science and technology research projects at the Hanoi National University level in 2017. To allow faculty members time to prepare their proposals, the Research Management Department is sending a PDF version of the announcement in advance to inform the scientists in your unit. The Research Management Department will issue an official written announcement (with the school's proposal submission deadline being earlier than the overall plan of Hanoi National University).
