Announcement on proposed science and technology tasks at VNU-Hanoi level in 2017

VNU-Hanoi has just announced the proposal for VNU-Hanoi level science and technology tasks in 2017. In order for teachers to have time to prepare the proposals, the Department of Scientific Research Management would like to send you a pdf file of the notice in advance to inform the scientists of the unit. The Department of Scientific Research Management will have an official notice in writing (with the University's submission deadline being earlier than the general plan of VNU-Hanoi).
