Announcement regarding the selection of organizations and individuals to lead the implementation of new provincial-level science and technology tasks starting from the 2026 plan.

I. List of provincial-level science and technology projects for selection in 2026

1. Scientific and technological tasks: 36 tasks (28 research topics; 8 projects).

2. Program to support the development of intellectual property assets for the period 2026-2030: 04 tasks (04 projects).

3. Plan to support the improvement of productivity and product quality based on science, technology, and innovation in Phu Tho province during the period 2026 - 2030: 02 tasks (02 projects).

II. Eligibility Requirements for the Selection Process

Organizations with legal personality, functions, duties, and activities consistent with the specialized field of the task are entitled to register to participate in the selection process for carrying out the task.

Organizations falling under any of the following categories will not be eligible to apply for the task lead selection:
a) At the time the application deadline for participation in the selection process expires, the registration, submission, and archiving of the results of state-funded scientific and technological tasks that have been accepted according to regulations have not been completed.
b) At the time the application deadline for participation in the selection process expires, the applicant has not yet submitted the application for evaluation and acceptance of the state-funded science and technology task under their leadership, even though the acceptance deadline has arrived as stipulated.
c) At the time of the application deadline for participation in the selection process, the full amount of funds to be recovered under the signed contracts for the implementation of scientific and technological tasks at all levels using state budget funds has not been fully repaid.
d) Individuals who have committed violations leading to the suspension of their state-funded scientific and technological tasks are not eligible to register for the selection process for a period of one year from the date of the suspension decision by the competent authority.

Individuals applying to be selected as project leaders must simultaneously meet the following requirements:
a) Possess the qualifications, professional competence, and work experience in a field relevant to the content of the scientific and technological task.
b) Having the capability and sufficient time to organize and carry out the task.

Individuals who have committed violations resulting in the suspension of other scientific and technological tasks for which they are the project leader are ineligible to register as project leaders for a period of one year from the date of the decision by the competent authority.

III. Application Submission Method:

Applications for the Intellectual Property Development Support Program 2026-2030 and the Plan to Support Productivity and Quality Improvement of Products and Goods Based on Science, Technology, and Innovation in Phu Tho Province 2026-2030: Submitted directly or via post, the application must be packaged and sealed, clearly marked on the outside: “Application for participation in the selection of organizations and individuals to lead the implementation of the Intellectual Property Development Support Program 2026-2030 or the Plan to Support Productivity and Quality Improvement of Products and Goods Based on Science, Technology, and Innovation in Phu Tho Province 2026-2030”; Name of the task; Name and address of the organization applying to lead the task; Name, address, and phone number of the task leader, contact information; List of documents included in the application.
